Return Window

Full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Items returned outside of this period are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

Direct exchanges are currently unavailable. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in their original packaging

• Be free from makeup, fragrance, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear

• Include any accompanying accessories, garment bags, and protective packaging

Sale & Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:

• Sale or discounted merchandise

• Promotional purchases marked as Final Sale

• Limited-edition releases marked as Final Sale

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Reset Studio cannot be responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
